Team Placement is a woman-owned business, based in Alexandria, Virginia, and has been serving the healthcare community since 1983. We’ve learned to connect the right people to the right jobs to help companies and government agencies fill critical vacancies. Our goal is to provide quality, availability and consistency. Team Placement is on a mission to simplify staffing and support healthcare practices in the community. Quality is our number one priority.
Our History

Our Founder, Betty Peebles, graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1959 as a Dental Nurse (currently known as Dental Hygienist). She later went on to become a Dental Hygiene Instructor.

Team Placement was founded in 1983 to address the nationwide shortage of dental staff. Betty started the company to help her students secure jobs after graduation.

Starting in 2000, we expanded into the government healthcare and research sector, placing TPS’s exceptional employees with state and federal research facilities, medical institutions & military hospitals across the nation.

In 2004, our Travel RDH Program was created to give Dental Hygienists the opportunity to work, travel, and grow in their profession.
